LOVE product but the Service is BEYOND!!! I'm a rookie so I so appreciate that they talk in our language and not as if we should know all these in and outs- they test everything and give you pointers to improve upon what you are using. I use the Trojan Email/SMS exit pop up- and I know I haven't even scratched the surface yet of what they can do for my store.

Is the best app for pop ups I found, it has more customizable options than other app didn't have. Its very intuitive
Customer service is very helpful and answers timely. Took me a while to understand all of the functionalities of the app but would definitely recommend it. The free version is enough to get started. Thanks in particular to Fruszi!

Optimonk is an excellent solution if you are looking at converting customers who are about to leave the website without purchasing.
Its easy to setup and configure. The pricing is very attractive compared to other products in the marketplace that often charge a % of the additional revenue.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this product to Shopify owners who want to increase revenue and avoid abandoned carts.

Very Very complicated app. I played with just colors for about an hour and yet I can't figure out how to change the color of different parts of the pop up. You should have a WAY more simpler system. Nobody wants to play with an app for hours.
