Customer service is amazing. They are quick to reply and have some great resources. I personally found setting up the popups targeted by an action a bit challenging but overall the design is simple and they provide great suggestions

This is the best pop up app out there. I’ve tried several and this one is the easiest to design and look very professional. Their customer service is second to none as they will actually call you back on the phone and provide any help needed. Chatting with them is also super helpful. The app creates a beautiful pop up. The template is easy to use and good choices. I wanted to collect emails but couldn't get Shopify email to send out an automated email/lead magnet in response to gathered emails so switched to collecting emails with the promise of a giveaway instead. The support from Optimonk was FABULOUS while I was grappling with this.

Still exploring this app but content is easy to customise and they removed the app branding for us while we test it out in our store which is an added bonus. Really appreciate it!
