With my launch just around the corner I was worried about how to handle the shipping portion of the orders -- Ordercup has great videos and easy set up. Also, was able to get support on questions and now I am confident to start my business!

This app does save us a lot of time and we use it for many shipments each day. We have had to create some "work arounds" to make it work for us in all circumstances. Overall it is a very good app and the developers have worked hard to make it worth the money. If these "work arounds" were eliminated, we would give it 5 stars.

I highly recommend Order Cup. We ship hundreds of orders everyday and OrderCup allows us to process them quickly and efficiently. Their support staff is very prompt and professional whenever we run into issues or need help figuring out how to do something. OrderCup is key to the success of our business!

I have been using Ordercup for a couple years now and have been very happy with it. The customer service is great they keep you updated with new changes when you login. It saves me so much time by not having to manually type addresses out and quickly gives me my shipping price for my packages.

Ordercup is flawless. We ship thousands of orders a year - all via FedEx Priority Overnight and we have never had an error that was caused by Ordercup. We can print labels and invoices from 5 computers at the same time with no issues. I would recommend it to anyone that ships multiple packages a day.
