Only just installed, functionality and configuration looks great.
We've been using "Orderify" to help streamline post-purchase changes at stamplab.com.au. It's reduced those 'can I make a change?' emails, which has been a relief. One suggestion would be to update the pop-up designs (early 2000's vibes), but overall, it's been a useful addition to our process and cheap as a coffee.
This company provides a wonderful support. They help to localize for Japanese currency very very quickly. They do listen to the users. We hope their business go better and better.
We were looking for this kind feature for long and suddenly we got this app recommendation by shopify and thought we should try it and now we just loved it.

We had an issue with this app and how it works with our third-party fulfillment. Dave promptly addressed the issue, and now the app works the way we had expected. Orderify! definitely reduces the number of requests we get to cancel or change orders, so I'm glad we were able to get the issue resolved.
I love this app! I would definitely recommend this to new store owners.
It works perfectly unlike most Shopify apps, I recommend their app for automatic customer self-service (self edit orders)
Excellent app that adds valuable time-saving features that are very well thought of. It makes both mine and my customers life much simpler. Reduces friction and makes customers feel more in-charge. It may be counter-intuitive to allow customers to cancel orders so easily but, in the end, it works the other way around. It reassures them that we're not out to get their money.
Just set this up, But we have been looking for something like this. Excited to see the reaction we get from our customers!
