great and quick customer service and great app for displaying reviews from amazon!
It was a little hard to figure out at first with some screens not loading. But support was super quick and extremely helpful and I was able to get it all setup.

I cannot use the app, it just doesn't load
We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the app not loading. This is definitely not the experience we want for our users.
Sadly, this was a technical issue that we did not have much control of. As of now, we have found a solution that allows you to access the app via the Shopify dashboard again with all of your data.
This was just a temporary issue that won't happen again. You can go back to using Opinew like before!
Opinew is a must-have for managing reviews on Shopify! The app works seamlessly, and the support team is amazing.

Terrible app. Nothing worked. Multiple errors in validation, integration, Amazon import, Shopify data transfer.
