I had an issue where my sms was fired before I finalized the scheduling process. I contacted customer support and they immediately answered me (even when it was a weekend).
They found the bug and they fixed it in record time. They also kept me informed during the whole process of what was going on.

Best app on the market for SMS - can't recommend enough! SMS Bump is the popular choice but I prefer Postscript not only for better pricing, but also because I notice a better deliverability. SMS is a Gold Mine but having the right app is key - check this out and make the switch if you haven't yet!

Great support and they answer quickly when you have questions or concerns. The options for using SMS is pretty versatile, easy to navigate, and a great option for when you want to expand marketing for your business.
So far so good, gained about 400 customer numbers in the first 60 days. Like I can add Gif images as well. Customer service was prompt when needed. Using more credits than expected, but seems worth it.
