Great platform and great support. Sometimes the UX can be a little clunky but nothing that can't be improved. Definitely a must-have for all stores.

i don't know what's going on with this app but it's not working for me and i can't contact customer service about the problem because the entire app is blank. nothing shows and i really liked this app

Much about your experience depends on who you get for a customer service agent. Sylvia is awesome! She even made me a video illustrating a solution to my problem. I wish there was a phone number, though, so that I could talk to someone when I'm having problems with the app.

Postscript has been the best user experience out of any app! Their entire team has been proactive to assist me in getting started & show me any tips to maximize their platform for SMS.

Also, if you ever have any questions, their customer support answers & resolves your questions within 5 minutes...

Highly recommend. You'd be a fool to go elsewhere!
