We've loved growing our business with Postscript, and overall the functionality is great and the UI of the platform is incredibly simple. But the best part is the customer service. The team is so responsive, personable, helpful, and works hard to find answers to even the toughest questions. They also keep track of feedback, and it seems they take suggestions from their customers seriously about feature suggestions. Can't say enough good things about them as a partner for our brand!

We asked them to cancel the subscription - instead they charged us $1,500 and won't issue a refund.

I love Postscript! I left my previous SMS service and haven't looked back! The app is super easy to use and set up. I love the automation tools as well! Definitely worth the price!

Great support team, they're quick to answer and help the best they can. Still relatively new to the app, it has more ecomm-focused features than other's I have used so that's a plus. I have hit some minor hiccups with tracking and features I'd love to see them implement, but from what I see and what they say they take feedback seriously so hoping to have those resolved / implemented!
