I love Postscript for our SMS program. It integrates seamlessly with Klaviyo and Shopify, allowing us to have a robust omnichannel marketing presence and offer exclusive access to our SMS list. We've had such great success with PostScript and couldn't recommend it enough! Our account rep and all the Customer Service agents are always SO helpful, and the automation, campaign, and segmenting capabilities are incredibly effective!
We have 1/5 the amount of text message subscribers that we do of email addresses, and our text messaging bring us more business! Even better than that is the customer service. Real people are on the other end of the chat seconds later who understand the basis of relationship driven sales.
