POWR Image Slider & Carousel

My previous comment stands I think they need to give a little more on the Free Subscription or offer a limited time only trial period for one of there paid versions, because now I have tried the Pro package, I can see the full potential of the App and I would be happy to pay moving forward. Great App, easy to use and looks from my opinion very professional.

The support I had for my issue was brilliant. Arlyne Catungal was kind, clear and worked hard on the solution for me. Arlyne even found our chat after I disconncted a few times accidentally. Im very happy.

I needed a simple slider to display four images on a web page and found this to be a good solution, with great support.

This App is a convenient tool. It's easy to set up and quick to use. The slideshows work fine on mobile and desktop. The only issue is that takes a few seconds to load the slideshows which affect a bit the user experience. I'm not sure if that can be resolved. I recommend this App.

This is by far the best slideshow app we have used. It is a very simple process to get it up and going and has all the needed features that we are looking for.

I download this app to add image sliders to some of my product/collection pages and basic product promotion on my website. So far so good. It's working perfectly. Very happy

The app is extremely slow, it added a 5s load time to my site (measured via many apps like GTMetrix & web.dev). Other users said the same but I had hoped it was improved. The support is atrocious. I raised a few bugs I was experiencing and received some questionable replies. I used the app for a few days and asked for a refund. Currently I am being denied the refund due to their 'policy', but given the app performs extremely poorly (including compared to other image sliders), I don't accept that they've delivered on what they're advertising. I'm still seeking a refund & will escalate to Shopify. Please beware this company - a poor product, and shady business practice(s). There are other sliders that perform extremely well & cost less. Your site will load seconds faster, and come with features like mobile users being able to slide the banner with their hand (not just arrows). More customization, and more!

We used this app for our homepage sliders. Originally it was coded in liquid and took forever to figure out how to change the sliders. Now, it is so easy, we can change sliders for any occasion. Great flexibility.
