I have had Printify on my Shopify for years now with no problems and LOVE the app and the products I have created through the app in which I have tons imported to my store. Now today 10/19/2020 I go online to find a message from Shopify indicating the app is no longer supported and the app developer needs to update its app....CAN YOU PLEASE CORRECT THIS ISSUE so we do not have any issues on future Printify sales? Thank you!

At Free Beer with Charlie we love the app! So easy and even fun to use. We had one batch of not-so-good prints, but have to blame that on the printing company we selected (MyLocker). We selected different print companies and have had GREAT shirts!

Customer service is awful. Sent three emails asking one simple question. And I'm still waiting for someone to respond back.

There was some kind of mix-up, but they did respond to all of my email. I'm still not sure why I didn't get them (maybe there's something wrong with my email). But when they saw I wasn't responding to their emails and left a poor review, they called me. I was glad to see that they really care about their customers.
I can't wait to get started!!!!!!!!!!!

With the addition of Monster Digital, your value has increased significantly. More so than Printful, who's quality has dropped. I was disappointed that you have lost the Bottle Openers. I only got to make a single sample before they disappeared. So, do your best and try to get them back okay?

So far i've been vey happy with the support and ease of use. Thank you printify!,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, UPDATE (3 months later): Still happy with Printify. I am surprised by so many low reviews and it makes me wonder if they are legit or fake. But I can only speak to my experience. Great support. Great prices. Print quality and ship times are the biggest thing to test for your business. TShirt and Sons is good. (But shipping to US takes longer than I would like and they don't offer tracking, so I had to switch it up.) I have heard great things about Fifth Sun though have not used them. ArtsAdd has done excellent work on the shoes, for sure (holiday shipping was slow, and post holiday shipping was quite fast). All in all, I will continue to experiment with various printers and see who I like and who I don't. You have to test for yourself each one. Very grateful for the option of Printify, either way. Also worth noting, the design process is very good, better than other apps I have used. Thanks.
