So far so good, a rare app where I haven't needed to contact support about anything yet. Easier to use and set up than other similar apps and looks better on our website too.

Hey! That's really weird, our support works working hours and working days, always online via LiveChat (for anyone) and Email, we take support very seriously and as you can see in the reviews our support is praised for its efficiency.
Something got wrong in the line of contact that this happened, maybe some temporary outrage on the chat we use / email or something else, I will ask Bryan from the support to contact you and try to solve your issue, but I emphasize that this type of complaint is super rare, we take support very seriously.

We've identified the problem, the chat system we've used did not worked well on his computer, the cause may be the chat system itself, the browser/extensions, it's uncertain. We are in contact with the merchant to address his concerns.
