Great Tool & Excellent Support

Boost AI Search Filter has been a solid upgrade for our store. The search accuracy and filtering options are impressive, and the app integrates smoothly with our theme. Truly incompetent support, they turned off infinite scroll, then denied the fact. Changed collection layout from 3 items per row to 2 items per row without permission. When confronted, they stopped answer our emails.
They're the kind of company that claims their support email is unattended (again, not true) and tries to force you into a chat bot.
If you value your time and sanity, stay away...

Please rest assured that our app never makes any changes to your store’s settings or layout without your explicit permission. We also noticed there was a recent theme upgrade, which can sometimes introduce minor layout or display differences. You can easily adjust your preferred pagination and product display options directly through our visual editor — as we had shared in our chat instructions.

We always encourage customers to use our in-app chatbox for the fastest and most convenient support. It includes a well-trained AI assistant that provides quick guidance and connects you to our human support team whenever you prefer. We’re also gradually moving away from email support to focus on chat-based assistance, allowing us to improve response time and provide faster resolutions.

This is a great app for adding really advanced filters to category pages. Bear in mind the app will take over your category page completely and this will show its own version - but once you get your head around it - it works well. It's fairly intuitive to setup - and the support team are really good at coming back to you. Allows you to really think about how you want your filters to look

Boost AI has been performing really well for both search and collection pages. The setup was straightforward, and the customization tools give plenty of flexibility to adjust filters and layouts. Performance is reliable and fast, which makes a big difference for the customer experience.

The only challenge is that depending on the customization or feature, it can be a bit complex to implement. That said, their support team is always there to help – they’re supportive, efficient, and really dedicated. Overall, it’s a solid app that delivers good value.

The filter works amazingly well because it only shows the products that are actually available, ignoring sold-out size variants — which is perfect for our shoe and clothing store.

After two years of using the app, we decided to move to a new theme and their support team was incredibly helpful. They assisted us in matching the look and feel of our collections to our new store theme, and the result was outstanding.
