Boost AI Search Filter has been a solid upgrade for our store. The search accuracy and filtering options are impressive, and the app integrates smoothly with our theme. What truly stands out is their support team—quick, helpful, and always ready to assist. Overall, a reliable tool with great performance and equally great customer support. Highly recommended.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Camille helping me add a feature to my collection pages. She was able to do exactly what was needed for my website with an incredibly helpful attitude. Couldn't recommend this app enough!
Truly incompetent support, they turned off infinite scroll, then denied the fact. Changed collection layout from 3 items per row to 2 items per row without permission. When confronted, they stopped answer our emails.
They're the kind of company that claims their support email is unattended (again, not true) and tries to force you into a chat bot.
If you value your time and sanity, stay away...

I also really appreciate that you get to human support very quickly-- while their AI bot is frankly very helpful and I find a lot of quick fixes through them, their human support team is really unmatched. I wish i give this app a 0 star. spend AUD $1000 on this app. but the app does not work properly. raise enquiry but almost 2 months have not fixed the issue yet. very disappointed

This is a great app for adding really advanced filters to category pages. Bear in mind the app will take over your category page completely and this will show its own version - but once you get your head around it - it works well. It's fairly intuitive to setup - and the support team are really good at coming back to you. Allows you to really think about how you want your filters to look
