Great app with some amazing features. Boost is a platform you can make your own allowing you to add more subscriptions as you grow your business.

The support you also receive is amazing, the ai bot gives you alot of insight but you still have the opportunity to speak to the support team who will do anything to help resolve or answer a query.

We've been using this app for quite a while and we're very happy with it. Recently we tried to use another app to help our site speed and it interfered with how the Boost AI app was functioning. Ryan jumped in when I reached out for help and fixed the problem very quickly. It's very nice to have responsive support! Thank you.

Boost AI Search & Discovery helps us organise a very large catalogue of craft products. We have thousands of products across many different brands and categories, so effective search and filtering are essential. It makes it much easier for customers to find exactly what they're looking for by filtering products by brand, theme, colour, range, and other attributes. This significantly improves navigation and the overall shopping experience.

As someone who regularly manages collections and product categories, I also appreciate how flexible the filtering system is. It allows us to create a much better browsing experience for our customers, and whenever we've needed help understanding the configuration or troubleshooting an issue, the support team has been excellent.

Boost AI app set our products to “no index” for Google search console in five markets for almost a month now! We have zero visible products in those markets anymore. Financial losses in the thousands.

I installed the app as a test and decided I did not want to use it in the end. It's extremely capable, but was doing too much for our type of store. After uninstalling it, it left behind some code in my theme, but they helped me to clean up the code.

The platform is responsive, runs smoothly, and has been easy and intuitive for our team to use from day one. What has really set it apart, though, is the support from the Clearer.io team. They have been proactive with ideas, highly responsive, and genuinely feel invested in helping our company succeed. It is rare to find a system that combines affordability, performance, and such a strong partnership approach.

We've been using Boost for quite a few years. While it is robust it's clear that this thing is held together by some bubble gum and masking tape. ANY CHANGE you want to make is THEME specific and you have to get a developer involved or their team. Want to block a page from appearing in the search results? BOOST has to change that manually. Want to automate things and use something like Launchpad to push a campaign theme live? YOU CAN'T. You'll have to enforce a code freeze, dupe the theme, get BOOST involved, and then manually switch it when it comes time for the campaign. They will have you in a timing and process chokehold. Look elsewhere because I know we are.

What really stands out is the support team. They are consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in resolving issues or guiding us through more complex setups. It makes a big difference knowing we can rely on them when needed.

We encountered a bug with a part of our website that was powered by Boost AI. We reached out to customer service and got some very helpful guidance from the AI chat bot about things we could do on our end to help resolve the issue. After taking all those steps and still experiencing the issue, we followed up with the chat bot and were put in touch with the development team for personalized technical support. They promptly resolved the issue in a duplicate of our theme so that we could test and approve before applying the change to our live site. Very responsive and friendly customer support!
