My search bar was not working, after not being able to figure it out I requested help from the IM messaging. Paola was the rep who helped me and with 5 minutes she helped direct me to fix the problem and then found another problem and fixed it as well. For someone who is not website savvy it helped me so much!

Have been using boost for over a year now and have not had any issues with the app. Recently had a minor problem with boost and another app but a thorough explanation was provided by BOOST and all has been resolved. 100% recommend.
