All works perfectly. Switched from a paid alternative to this one and was up and running in no time. I had a slight issue with the image uploader option and it not updating the price of extra options added, but I contacted them and they fixed it within a week.
I would like to see character limits implemented into it though

The app works fine. Installation is ridiculous. I emailed for support on instal and adding my option set to my item. They finished the install, which was helpful, but then they attached my option set to the wrong item. They sent me a screenshot saying this was "a test" but they left it attached to the completely wrong product!
I will continue to use the app, but customer service is a joke. I feel like they are on autopilot and just aren't really paying attention.
We're sorry if you felt that we didn't fulfill all your needs. Next time you can create a dummy product in your store for us to test our code implementation. We would be glad to perform test on it.

I needed some product configurator type options to select and add to the base product price. This APP allowed me to do that. I had a little issue applying to my theme and the support team solved it for me in less than 24 hours.

I love the app when it works. I've had several issues with swatches disappearing, upcharges not charging and things just breaking sporadically, However they do always seem to fix the issues and I'm thankful for that but I just don't understand why things keep breaking and I have to reach out every so often.

This app was exactly what I needed but the five stars is for the tech support which was fantastic. I had some glitching issues but tech support were able to resolve them quickly and were really awesome to deal with.

Update to my initial review where I was having trouble getting the options to show where I needed it to.
Overall, I don't think the app is the most intuitive to use, but it does work well for the simple things I need it to do and maybe it's more complicated for people who want to do fancy things.
I updated my theme recently and it stopped working and contacted the help team. It took a couple days for them to fix the problem, but in the process, they also ended up fixing a problem another app was having, so definitely thumbs up for this! I'm upgrading my overall rating for the help!
We're sorry if you felt we were charging you extra unnecessarily. What has been mentioned as bugs, are not really bugs from the app. By default the code snippet is placed before the AddtoCart button, but you can place the snippet anywhere you desire.
Our support services are free but limited to complete app installation, but if you need personalization or resolving theme related errors or app conflicts, they are specific to each store, and requires dedicated amount of time to resolve.
Our team would only charges for custom coding work that they would have to undergo, in order to get you what you desire.
But, hope you found what you were looking for from other apps.
So far, the app is working very nicely. I had an issue with installation but customer support fixed it within a matter of hours and were very helpful and considerate.
The only criticism I might have is that the look of the additional menu options at checkout don't really fit with the theme of my store. But that is simply an aesthetic preference. Otherwise, the app is working very nicely so far.
