Just loaded this app and looks to be nice and streamlined. I will know more as it gets use. However I do want to compliment this company on the support I received. Sarah was exceptional! オプション表示の条件設定やファイルのアップロード、選択肢によって価格を変更するなど、かなり複雑なオプション設定までできてしまいます。複数のアプリを試しましたが、このアプリが一番多機能かつ設定が簡単にできました。個人的には、写真をポップアップ表示する機能が気に入っています。
一部、日本語に対応していない箇所がありましたが、サポートへ依頼するとカスタムでjavaScriptを書いて直してくれたりと、サポートも大変親切で助かりました。

When I need an app, first thing I do is to see if HulkApps has one available. They offer the best bang for your bucks hands down. Even the free plan has everything you need and their customer service is superb. I would give them a 10 stars if I could!

Na Bold, Giftship en Infiniti options te hebben gebruikt, heb ik nu eindelijk de goede product optie app gevonden die voldoet aan onze eisen. Hier en daar moest er wel wat anders bij Hulk. Gelukkig werd dat binnen enkele minuten opgelost met behulp van de live chat.
Ik geef vier sterren, omdat het niet meteen naar wens was. Zelf dingen oplossen gaat moeilijk, omdat er weinig info over te vinden is. Gelukkig werkt de klantenservice van Hulk perfect. Kortom: Een aanrader!

Excellent customer support! Had an issue with installation. Reached out via messenger and they were very responsive. Easy to use app. Wish they would make it compatible with cart drawer though.

This app is great to get add-ons for my menu. However, the app doesn't work with "automatic discounts". The app developer found a work around by adding a discount box before checkout, but it just works with discount codes. This is inconvenient for the customer as they need to manually enter the code. Customer service is super reliable. They engaged and stayed with the issue until they found a solution. They were professional, kind and helpful. It took weeks of back and forth, however, to get it done!

It was a little tricky to set up, but their customer service was very helpful and got it all working smoothly. We needed fairly complicated options, and it could do it all!
