After switching from the OPTION APP BY BOLD, I found this APP is a problem solver, I use it as a customizer for my product, and it works great especially the special feature "image customizer", it makes the features visible to my visitors and makes it much easier for our client to customize the products. I did have some issues when using this APP, we must have sent more than 20 emails asking questions. Megan is so helpful, she is so patient with my questions and my poor expression of English, and she solves most of the problems very well. Thank you so much!

It's kind of hard in the beginning navigating around the app, but called and emailed tech support and they were awesome! It even took me all day but they worked with me every step of the way. This app was a great asset to my online store!
Customer service is great! After my initial review, their team reached out to me to get all the issues resolved. They were fast and had a good response for all my questions. I am excited about using this app and will update review in 6 months.
This app is not for the light-hearted however once you are able to complete the installation (reach out to customer support and they will be happy to help at least from my experience and somewhat understanding of coding implementation), get comfortable with how the conditional logic system works with your products on Shopify, this app can be worth the price it offers especially with the image customizer feature. Though there are certain features I do wish this app provided which is an ajax shopping cart functionality and the ability to have a type of iFrame window setup or something similar to work with Shopify rather than the need to use a non-Shopify website in order to use the iFrame “Show Popup Window With Info” function within the conditional logic setup. Overall it currently works with what is needed at the moment and one other suggestion I would have for W3trends would be to extend the 7-day free trial to 14 days to allow more time for potential customers to get a feel of the app features. Don't look any further for a product options app! Justin and the team at W3 are incredibly responsive and helped me resolve numerous issues I was having with my store. And they are in the USA so when you make a request the communication is clear and concise. A+++!!!

I've used Custom Products a couple times now. As with most of my customers, there's always something customer that they want to do. W3trends has always stepped up and really helped me out with customization and minor issues with the app. They are very responsive and I'd definitely recommend them and their apps to anyone!!
