I tried to use the built in options and variants in shopify but this left me with much to be desired. Bold has fixed this with Product Options. it has simplified EVERYTHING i need to do with variants and will save me hours and hours of work, not to mention it does things that aren't possible with shopify's variant system. THANK YOU BOLD!
BPO is a comprehensive and very useful tool, and the customer service from Shop Circle is very good. They have helped with both onboarding and follow up questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BPO.
Update for 05/06/2023
I have had about 1 hour of top quality technical support from Sarah and some anonymous colleagues in the higher tier support teams, and together they have literally solved so many of my cusomisation queries, doing all the coding in the background while Sarah has been expertly and very patiently guiding me through every single issue I had, and without showing any sign of tiring.
I am so over the moon!

This is the perfect plugin for the Sozo store who sell bespoke jewellery with custom extras. It is really versatile and easy to use once it has been set up.
Manual install is quite lengthy and you have to concentrate on where you are pasting the code. For any issues though, the support team is great, they understand straight away what you need and sort it out!
Customer Service is BOMB.COM! Rony is the best of the west and hands down the best in the office! Thanks for the help!
