Overall not a bad product, but not great. It'll have to do until we can afford to pay 10K to have a nice website built for us. The main issue with this app is that it doesn't track inventory for common variants like size, or color. So the type of options you can realistically use with this app is limited. Their customer service is responsive though and they offered a work around. The work around was to create a duplicate hidden product, but the problem is it shows the same item twice in the cart, and at the very end at check out, its removed since its a hidden product. Very confusing for buyers to click add to cart for 1 item, and see it appear twice in their cart, so that didn't work. This app is awesome to use for adding options like "accessories" though. With the premium version, it shows "total extras" for any additional add-ons your customer chooses, which is pretty cool.
Very, very pleased that I bought this app. I was a tad apprehensive about purchasing it because of the need to do the liquid thing (Hey, I'm not a techy!!) but the guys at boldapps were great. Thought that I was going to have to wait days for it to be done by them and it was done within a couple of hours.
And what a breeze to use! I set up my first product options and a new special offer in 2 minutes. It holds a mass of potential for us as we're going to launch some personalised products.

I downloaded the app immediately after watching the intro video. My industry is very unique in how we serve our clients and requires a lot of customization. The features in this app will surely allow us to create the customization options that our customers need in order to have a more efficient and even fun ordering experience.
I got this and Customer Pricing, and Loyalty Points! I highly recommend investing in these apps. It'll make your life much easier! The support they offer is second to none as well!
Testing out this app - can't fully vouch for the app itself as I am testing it, but Nir's customer service was stupendous! He was able to help me from installing it to setting up my first conditional logic and ensuring it worked how I wanted. Thank you! Can't wait to keep testing it to see if it's what works best for my business!
Let me tell you - the customer service is exceptional! I used other apps that didn't work and then I got here. Customer rep Jeff answered any question I had, and very quickly I should add. I wasn't waiting 5 minutes in between each question for an answer, I got my answers in under 2 minutes and we were on for over an hour. He walked me through an entire product setup and I already have a product set up with less than a few hours invested into this customized! I can tell you compared to a certain other customizer I was using, this should get 6 stars not 5.
The customer service is next to none with Bold, they show great service and are on top of whatever issue or question I have. I would like to give a shout out to Abhi and Guri for addressing my problem right away today which has been a huge headache for a couple of weeks now. Thanks guys, keep it up!

It doesnt work how its supposed to and they have charged me for the service during my trial! I have requested 5 times to tech support that this be fixed and yet they do Nothing! 2 Months I have been waiting for them to fix this and all they do is message you back to say its fixed when you only have to look at my site to see it isnt fixed! They have cost me thousands of £ in lost business! The tech team could not care less! What a joke!!!!!

We have been using the app for a few months with our products having engraving options and we looked today and all of our engraving options were gone. The main point for the 1 star review is that you have to select all your products one by one for the options. you cant select entire groups of products which takes way too much time. If they fix it so you can select entire groups of products I will change my review to 5 stars. for now the app is useless.

I saw that one of our product experts attempted to give you a call to discuss this better on Friday, however wasn't able to reach you. I was informed that by creating a collection of products that will have the engraving option on it, you can easily assign your options to that entire collection rather than selecting all products individually.
