Great for reviews! Very easy to implement, and the structure of the on email reviews results in a lot of responses.
We have dramatically increased the reviews we get from our customers. And the app is helpful in helping us share those reviews on social media.
Our customers like putting photos up of the products they make with our filament. And the support is outstanding. When I have an issue, they are right there to make it right.
Has all the features I was looking for at a much cheaper price than Yotpo. Customer support is excellent!
VERY quick and helpful customer service. Unlike other apps that only have support during the middle of the night on weekdays (India time), I was able to get support with my issues right away, no matter what day or time. Highly recommend this app! It has a lot more optionality than the Shopify product reviews and it’s also perfect for someone who has one-of-a-kind products like me and prefers store-wide reviews rather than product reviews.
