DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE!! we have been using the APP for over a month now and even when it seams to be ok the support SIMPLY DOES NOT EXIST, write a message and wait 6-7 hours from somebody in india to respond, it is absolutely crap!
if you need to do something there is absolutely nobody to help you, so better go with app with real support that can guide and help your business
i would give -5 stars if i could, no support, fake subscribers, setup free plan and is charging me $20. a month. total garbage!!!

Definitely one of the best around. Signed up, needed to understand a few things, Rojen walked me through in detail. Customer service is definitely a huge difference compared to other apps on Shopify. Rojen was patient, took interest in what our business was and everything was set up in minutes! Thank you very much and will update as we get our campaigns going.
CS is super slow.
The sign up is a mess with Brevo vs Pushowl.
I first signed up on Brevo using my personal email. When I input my shop URL, it made me install the Shopify app. Which I did. But this seemed to have created a separate account under PushOwl because the email for Shopify was different.
And now, without knowing the different accounts existed, after I kept working directly on Brevo, paid the first subscription, did all my CNAME verification, imported data from Mailchimp and after sending my first email, the CS told me I need to cancel the Brevo account, and use the PushOwl account. That is when I noticed this account thing is really messed up with this service.
So confusing.
And CS does not respond. I have to wait a day to get a simple reply.
Great tool for marketing and in case of any problem their customer support is very helpful and able to find quick solution to any problem!

Since they include brevo the plans are incredibly expensive, PushOwls was good, why push to pay for emails if we don't need them? Just looking for an alternative.
