AFter trying to sort things out myself, I got onto Sherwin who quickly identified my snyc issues and sorted them out for me - thank you! the app is really great and simple - such great support!

Our chat help rep was Karol she was super helpful with getting us setup and and helping us get access to older invoices.

ROM was great in helping me understand the connection between QBO & Amazon marketplace. Each time that ROM has helped me in the past I went away with a better understanding of what is going on.

They are always super helpful. Sherwin was talking to was even making me laugh! He assured me... 'not to worry, I am here' and said 'Let me go ahead and do the magic '. He was extremely quick with finding a solution and waited until I was finished doing what I needed to on my end, which took about 20 minutes! Thank you! Highly recommend. I use this app to help me connect my Shopify site with QuickBooks Online.
I would like more ability to make more specific options on the website, as it's rather basic, but it does work.
Mostly I wanted to compliment the excellent customer service I was given by Troy (troy@onesaas.com). He was patient, kind, and stucjk with me until my problem was solved.
