I just subscribed to Quickbooks and decided to try this free app. I was having some issues syncing my orders. Vince from customer support was able to help me get the data I needed. He was extremely helpful. I loved how quick he was able to resolve my issue.

I used this app to help integrate QB Self-Employed. Ronnie was a big help and walked me step by step. I wish he were able to help on the QB integration once we synched (can't see the entries in QB and now need to contact QB to fix that end.)

Sync didn't seem to be working, because there was a date hidden somewhere that didn't pull historical data. Sherwin helped explain it all, answer a bunch of questions I had, and fix everything up for me. Smooth sailing now!

I am a real newbie when it comes to QB that I immediately started a chat line with Karol. She was quick to respond and gave me a wealth of information. It was a true pleasure working with her!
