I've been using Quickbooks for years very successfully. Now I have a Shopify store this sync facility is such a time saver!
I did have one minor issue with the setup, but the chat window opened, saw I was having a problem, and all was resolved with the help of the agent, Rom, in less than two minutes.
Karol was a big help today! She helped resolve a quickbooks connector issue (missing data in Shopify blocked orders from being added to QBO). Fast and efficient, thank you Karol!
