Didn't sync sales receipts (which is the only thing I care about today) and synced products not using the name field and populating the income category with a cost of goods category. Complete waste of a whole work day.

Rominick provided excellent customer service and was able to resolve all of our issues in no time at all!
However, it would be more convenient if users could un-sync and re-sync data on our end instead of having to contact support to do so.
All of my sales have come up as invoices though i have sales receipt clicked and it says they are all unpaid and overdue though they have all paid in shopify

If I could give this zero stars I would. I set this up and configured according to their guide and upon the initial synch it DOUBLED my inventory and did not synch it according to the SKU or Product Name. It created new inventory items in QB for ALL my products using the SKU number as the Product Name and SKU number. They did not help me and said sorry, there's nothing we can do to fix it. BEWARE!

It’s unfortunate that the initial sync doubled your inventory. We have tried to help understand what enabled the sync to do so whilst on chat with you. As the account is closed – we cannot troubleshoot any further but from what we can gather, the sync was set to match products by product name rather than SKU and to create new products that didn’t match as inventoried items. Our guides show the option for items to be matched by SKU as well as product name and would have been happy to work with you on configuring the workflow so that the inventory is not doubled for your syncs going forward. Again, it is unfortunate that your inventory doubled during your sync and we're happy to go through all sync settings before you sync again if you wanted - we're available to chat live in app or send a quick email to support@onesaas.com

Rominick was very helpful. provided me with answers to my questions and went high and above my expectations.
Only sync 30 days history of orders. Ridiculous limitation which makes using the app mandatory from day one but not when the shop existed for a while.
Hi Gemstec, We offer unlimited historical data on our annual plans - while at the moment we are unable to offer annual plans when purchased via the Shopify store, we can offer these through our website directly. Customer support is unbelievable! I chatted in to get some help (due to my own non-tech-savviness, not because the app is confusing.) Rom answered my chat request immediately, and was polite, professional, and patient with my silly questions. They literally had me sorted out within 60 seconds of typing my question. Honestly, I wasn't too sure how to use this app when I first got started as I'm new to bookkeeping and accounting methods in general. Rest assured the Intuit/One Saas customer support team is super helpful. I spoke with Dean and he navigated me through setting everything up and clearing away any errors I came into contact with.
Clarisse was quick to solve my issue when I contacted support. Overall, the app does as it is designed to do and I am satisfied.
App itself could be easier to use but their customer service is beyond exceptional and actually was what convinced me to stick with QBO instead of leaving for a different accounting software. Cheers to Paul and others who helped me through the set up process as well as fine tuning.
