The support from Johnny at One Saas has been nothing short of amazing. Very quick to reply to my numerous questions while getting 3 Shopify sites all hooked up to one accounting system. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained clearly so that we knew what we could and could not do and why. First class support. The app is working well for us too, syncing all our inventory across all sites every hour to avoid the embarrassing 'sorry we've already sold it elsewhere'.
They were really helpful especially Sherwin. He was very patient and walked me through all of my concerns. Thank you!

Sherwin was absolutely incredible! They were a huge help, and were very knowledgeable, probably the most helpful person I've talked to in customer service for a long time. Would recommend the app simply for the customer service.

Ronnie was a huge help to me! He solved all my problems, even problems that other technical support representatives were not able to resolve. Cannot recommend Ronnie and this app enough.

Karol was incredibly friendly, helpful and resourceful, and was a huge assistance in helping me resolve my issue! The support alone is worth the application! I cannot emphasize enough how helpful Karol was, and how much she aided our work-day!
Vincent was very happy in whatever questions I had. He even provided links to help me with learning quickbooks
Needed to go a little deeper into the integration and Rom was super helpful to get what I needed taken care of. It looks like this integration will work perfectly and I know that if there are any issues they will be handled quickly and professionally.
Ronnie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the software was able to help me get everything running and functioning properly. Would recommend.
