The App is great. I admit that I was drinking from a firehose when I got QuickBooks and the OneSAAS Connector, so, I initially didn't configure it optimally. Dean from support was incredibly patient and amazing to work with to get my connector set up correctly.
This APP customer service is really great!!! Very prompt reply and solve all the issues with mins. I totally understand that errors and issues happen all the time cuz they were trying to sync data from different platforms. The way they are dealing with the issues, which I greatly appreciated! If you guys are looking for a company that will help you along the process with customer service that is top notch, you've found them here! Sherwin, one of there support agents, helped me tremendously for over an hour fix a number of problems I was struggling with for weeks.
