This app has streamlined our customer service process for responding to emails and social media messages all in one place! The Re:amaze team is also very responsive and helpful whenever we reach out with questions.

We tested Reamaze for a month before we launched our site. It's the best helpdesk software out there. Easy integration and FANTASTIC customer service. They've been available 24/7 to help me with any small (or big) changes. The Chatbot has decreased the time our Customer Service team has had to spend answering emails. The integrations are great. By far the best CRM we've used so far. We were on Zendesk for the longest time then wanted to find something with better integrations, ease of use, etc. We tried Gorgias before coming here and it wasn't nearly as good as this. So glad we got this recommendation from other Shopify Plus users.

Took all emails out of my mail and into one place. It also combines with Facebook messenger. Now my team can deal with customer service as well which is great. I also use the FAQ add on. Still not sure I’ve worked out it’s full potential.

Probably the best CRM for Shopify. We like the user-based pricing model. We also like that it connects to our Socials.
