Merchants appreciate this app for its strong customer support and technical help, including coding and installation. Usually I love all of your app's but this one I keep getting customers telling me that it locks up after hitting pay when using there mobile phone or tablet to signup. When I sent you email I was told this is a known problem. If this is the case why does it not get fixed. Most people use mobile products for there web access now. I am finding this very limiting and will have to look for alternatives if it does not get fixed

There is a long way to go to make this app the go-to membership app for Shopify, but the prerequisites are all there due to the Bold team's great openness, availability, and support capabilities. I recommend using it also as an app to invest everyone in so as to make it the app that all Shopify merchants would like to have to start a Membership program on their stores. I hope Bold Membership will grow in the way the assumptions suggest.

App was very easy to set up and very user friendly but it was missing a few of key features I needed. There are no options to offer discount codes or discounted memberships. Also, there is no 6 month membership option... you choose from weekly, monthly, 3 month and yearly. But if you do not need any of those features, this app is great.

While membership prices cannot be discounted so to speak, you can change the price of the memberships at any time or offer a free trial. Also, we do have another app called Custom Pricing which works beautifully with Memberships. This integration allows you to offer many different levels of product discounts for your members.
