I think this is a great way to correspond with our customers and get theirs reviews on products, shipping, delivery, and customer service.
This app has worked really well for us so far. We've had many wonderful reviews and only had two negative reviews so far; however, receiving these negative reviews privately is great because it allows you to work out what the problem is before receiving a negative review publicly. That is by far the best feature!

Excellent App super easy to setup and use and so far it has been extremely effective for my store :)
Easy to set up, we will see how it performs! One annoying thing though, it's not clear how to change the email template with regard to the "smile rankings". They don't seem to have any effect on pre-filled start rankings for google which is not very seamless - and without that they are a bit gimmicky.
really gr8 app to improve visibility for e-commerce shops. highly recommendet for new buisnesses and also for established!
