This app has just made my otherwise very good experience with Shopify...a very bad one! Way more time consuming and frustrating for labelling.....any plans to bring the other app back?? please

The first time I used it, it was fine - now it cuts the top row (product name) off the label. Only prints price and barcode! Please fix this!
Thanks for taking the time to offer this feedback! I apologize the frustration caused when using the app. When transitioning to a new app, there often can be a bit of a learning curve but Shopify Support will be available to help you in the future!
The issue with the product name cutting off, it has been reported that the Safari browser can sometimes do this. You can try using the Chrome browser in the future and see if this fixes the issue.
For variants to show up on the label, it needs to be included in your label template. We have a help guide that explains the template creation but more specifically step #5 in the help guide here: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/sell-in-person/hardware/barcode-printer/retail-barcode-labels#create-a-barcode-label-template

Not sure why they changed the previous barcode printer but this new one is awful. It is such a pain and a huge step backwards for anyone running a brick and mortar store.

I've used the app for 3 months now in my boutique. It works as I expected. The only things that cause problem for me is the fact that I can't print labels coming from a "transfer". When a new stock is coming but some of the product are "restock" it would be easier to be able to print directly from the transfer in Shopify.

This app is a huge pain... the older app was better. For no reason at all, and completely out of my control, this app defaults to using the wrong side of my Dymo printer! It is wasting all kinds of materials, and my time. Shopify needs to get on top of this issue immediately.
****UPDATE***
After getting previous issues sorted. As of Thursday April 4th 2019 this app is completely non functional, again. We can not adjust format/sizing again... for seemingly no reason. It would appear that once again Shopify has rolled out an update without communicating to their customers.
Please get this sorted ASAP! We are losing money!!!

If I could rate this a zero I would. This app has cost me so much time and money. It is extremely ineffective. I have tried it on Google Chrome, Safari. I have wasted at least a roll of labels trying to get it to print. Twice I have reached out for assistance to no avail.

This app does NOT work. When I try to print barcodes the printer screams at me and prints multiple barcodes on one label. Yes, I have the correct label size. The app is what is not working Why is this a replacement? Garbage. Zero stars.
