Ich nutze das ReturnCenter um meinen Kunden einen einfach Möglichkeit zu bieten, Ihr Ware zurückzuschicken. Die Einrichtung ist super einfach und wenn man z.b. einen Vertrag bei DHL hat kann man dieses mit der App Postmen mit einbinden und man kann direkt die Labels erstellen. Alles zusammen eine super App :-)

This is a fantastic free app to integrate into your store for returns. Very easy to setup and configure. A must for any company that may have the potential for RMA's.

My problem with this service isn't the app itself, but the changes the company made without notifying clients of the changes. We could accept exchanges, and without notice they changed the features, and we weren't allowed to work with exchanges only returns. I contacted them in March, and I was told the changes were effective as of February. However, they never notified us of these changes. Our customers have had a poor experience when requesting exchanges because they are told by the website that their exchange cannot be processed.
The app works fine when it works since in the past it had glitches too.

Amazing support. I had a few questions regarding setting up the return labels and had help right away and they even jumped on a google meeting to make the explanation much easier! Definitely use!
