I'm new to eCommerce and need all the help I can get. This is an excellent app that helps to keep track of orders, transactions and fulfillments. It gives your shoppers peace of mind.

UPDATE: well now they won't let us access the app and want to charge us a per user a cost of $10/month. Will be trying to find another app that the developers are not thieves.
The app performs very well and is easy to use. We would like to be able to set a different email address to send RMA requests to as that's a separate department that needs to handle them instead of the store owner. Also, if we could add notes or other details to the request/response before it's sent that would be welcome too.
I am testing but what it show is what the company wantslooks like it will serve for the necessities fo the company, as soon as we finish the tests we will come back and requalificate it

Incredible app. It has helped my business sooooo much.
Pretty solid app. Set up is straight forward and customer service is responsive. Very affordable compared to alternatives. A few reasons for 4 instead of 5 stars: 1) Exchanges are not automatic. If a customer requests one, you have to create it in Shopify separately. 2) USPS labels are formatted to print out as 4x6, so when the customer prints it at home on 8.5x11 3) For automatic return approval (which we use, so customers get the return label as soon as they request it), you can only select 1 shipping service not multiple based on weight 4) You can't edit the language for when a customer tries to return outside the return eligibility window. All in all, these are not enough for us to justify spending more on a different service. AfterShip Returns is solid and gets the job done.

App súper fácil de utilizar. Estoy empezando ahora a usarla y de verdad que cumple su función perfectamente. El precio mensual me parece correcto. Por ahora muy contento, todo bien. Solo si pudieran más adelante añadir la opción de "no permitir devolver solo 1 artículo", sería muy perfecto, pero poco a poco. Gracias!
