Sanjeet was quick to respond and complete what I needed. The customer service is always on top of things.
Awesome, however so hard to find out where to edit email templates that are being sent to customers. How can we edit that? :S Been trying to find it for 15 minutes now.
Amazinggggggg this app save me some much time.
Be careful what subscription you select, they will blindside you with overage charges- without warning! Only did a test return process, but it looks nice and clean and so do the emails. Will probably replace with a free Google Form and print the return labels from Shopify

AfterShip makes it super easy to manage all customer returns. Customer's use it to get information about the returns process and to lodge that they are returning an item. It looks professional, builds trust with customers and reduces individual returns inquiries.

AfterShip Returns Center is excellent MUST HAVE app of Shopify! Quick and easy to set up. It is neat and organized for someone wants to make a return conveniently. Every Shopify store should have this app to provide the best return experience for the customers.
