Update on sept 2034
Tech support is quick to respond, Moazzam helped immediately with my request.
Still happy with the app.

I have to amend my previous review. With tech support, we've figured out that returns notifications (to the merchant) are sent out only if "manual approval" is selected. In "automatic approval" at the moment the merchant doesn't get any email. I've requested to change this app rule, so they'll hopefully change it in the upcoming months, this way merchants will get an email about a filed return regardless of the approval process.
Other than this i'm happy with the app, it's easy to set up and works as described!

We need to get alerts when customers file a return. It's crazy this is not possible with the app.
Too busy to check it daily, we should be noticed/flagged when someone files a return.
When are you including this feature?
This the only major complaint.

This app really had a lot of really great features. We loved that we could customize SO much in it! The only downside that made us end up switching return systems, is that we could not offer our customers return labels that was an easy process to return. There was too much manual stuff that had to be done using AfterShip, so we ended up making the switch after a few years of using AfterShip. It is a great app for lower volumes, but doing such large volumes now we needed something that could keep up with us!

I've been using returns center for a few years now and the service has been incredible in mitigating returns for my customers. It saves me time on answering emails and my customers appreciate the easy form process. The support team at Aftership are awesome too. Responsive and helpful. Aditi was recently super helpful with a billing issue I was having. My issue was sorted out within minutes and all my experiences with their support team have been similar. They really make the entire app experience easy. Highly recommend!

Support has been so terrible I have had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. We had a great year with this app but it suddenly broke down and the support has been useless to say the least. I have been working with them in chat and email back and forth daily for two weeks and they frequently just tell me the issue is my courier account even though it's THEIR discounted USPS account that is now broken. Their app won't allow the courier to be deleted and my new personal courier accounts that have been added are not working either.
