Awesome, however so hard to find out where to edit email templates that are being sent to customers. How can we edit that? :S Been trying to find it for 15 minutes now.
Be careful what subscription you select, they will blindside you with overage charges- without warning! Only did a test return process, but it looks nice and clean and so do the emails. Will probably replace with a free Google Form and print the return labels from Shopify

confusing app. I'm struggling to integrate with my store and i have not had a response from customer service, it has been a teo months nearly since i emailed them.
Just installed this app. Very professional and saves time going back and forth with customers :) Who doesn't love an easy return process!
Update 7/27: They closed our shipping account before even contacting us in regards to a false chargeback. We are still able to use the account but can not approve existing return request from our customers.
Great service with great customer service. We started using Aftership Returns this year after using Aftership Order Tracking for a while. We do not get a lot of return request but it has made ...
I asked them to remove the "powered by" section and they were one of the only customer service I have ever Sean to respond in seconds.

Customer service was quick in response. Understood the issues I was experiencing and was able to fix it in an efficient manner.
I'm still in the process of setting up the app, so this rating is based solely on customer support. I've contacted customer support twice and both times have had my questions answered quickly and sufficiently.
Ridiculously overpriced.
Free version was perfect.
Just greed at that price, would have gladly paid $3-5.
