They have a chat option while in app, its very helpful and quick response time. I needed to set up a note section for customers to explain their return and got it resolved within minutes. Very helpful app.

The app is good it's efficient and saves time because it provides a ton of services so I don't have to use a lot of apps. The service is good. I just think it's faster during the day. I always do work late at night and early morning so it's a bit slow but not horrible.

Support is very quick and very kind!!! I had an issue setting up some of the settings and Aditya responded promptly and advised me on the settings.
