Excellent app. A few technical questions, partly for me being a little slow, but received lightning quick responses from Stuart. Really personal responses with emails containing videos with Stuart narrating and referring to you by name in the narrative. A very personal touch. Considering it's a free app the customer service and technical help is probably the best I have had from anywhere! Highly recommend.

I love how much this app offers at such a great price compared to their competitors and the support is amazing! Arianne helped me with transferring the app to my updated shopify theme! This kind of thing doesn't come easy to me, so I really appreciated the help!

We just downloaded the App to try, and it is awesome! This is after we have done a detailed study of various Loyalty Apps offered on Shopify Store. RIVO is not only well designed and developed, its charging structure is the most reasonable too. We started our testing on Sunday. Yet, the support chat was active and was super-fast. We don’t think the reply is machine-based as the answers were precise and solved the problem instantly. Even if it is machine-based, RIVO must be using a first-class Q&A robot!

Very happy that this is a free app! Most cost way to much to get started as many new store builders will not have sales or traffic right away and this gives you an opportunity to see how your website can look and operate smoothly with their great support which has always gotten back to me within the same day :)
