Great app, it has all basic help center and chat related items for a small business like me. Only thing I feel as missing is an android app to keep track of customer message, hope it is added in future.

An easy way for customers to get in touch with us via chat or emails. Willdesk is easy to set up and use. The loading speed is better than many other APPs, hope it could keep this all along. Suggestions: If a chatbot feature can be added, it would be a plus.
