Highly recommended. I was copying and pasting customer info into UPS.com before. Easy integration with UPS, billing our existing account, and Shopify. The orders are automatically fulfilled with tracking info. Works flawlessly! 5 stars

Great app!!!

One con for us is that the shipping charges are invoiced and pulled all at once each week or so rather than charging at time of purchase which we did not know initially so we were surprised to find a large amount of money withdrawn one day. I'm sure this was in the details someplace and we just overlooked it so just keep track of the labels you print so you know what to expect and you will be fine.

Other than that, this app is actually pretty neat. Eliminates a few steps of the process for you. It fulfills the orders and inputs the tracking number for you and also emails the customer with that information.
We won't be going back to USPS.com anytime soon.

Our company CycloneInks.com uses Shippo exclusively for all of our shipping needs! Overall they are a great business partner! As with any partner or tool in your business, there is always room for improvement. That is the only reason we left only 4-Stars....They are not perfect, nor is any business, and there can be improvements that could make them even better!

Finally a free shipping app that fulfills my need: easy postage purchase and comparison of shipping rates. I tried several different ones before but they were either expensive or way too complicated. Love this app!

I was hesitant to use another shipping app due to charges I'd experienced in the past, with other apps, that outweighed the convenience. Shippo's pricing structure is so fair and clearly designed to help growing businesses achieve efficiencies right from the start. I am able to use Shippo with two different stores on two different platforms. It's absolutely seamless! Thanks!
