Great app and absolute stellar support. In one specific case, Shogun even solved an issue that was actually only indirectly related tot the use of the app. Many other providers probably would have referred to Shopify-support, but Shogun requested access to the shop and solved the problem hands-on, same day. Excellent customer service!
This is a great app for professionals or beginners. It's very intuitive. Best yet, the support is absolutely awesome! I have been creating websites for more than 20 years, and I can't remember a better support response EVER. I don't normally give reviews, but I was compelled to this time. I have a 100+ email thread going on with them. If you're somehow more design inept than me, SUPPORT will go out of their way to make sure you know how to do it.
This is not only the best app on the Shopify app-store, but it's a Theme-developer killer. Why buy an expensive theme? I know I'll never buy a theme again.
I downloaded the Shogun app because I was finding difficulty using an alternative app and I was very pleased with how easy it was to use and create pages.
I had an issue and James from support was very helpful and found a great solution for my problem!

I am thrilled to write this review. The first time I tried Shogun, I didn't give it a real chance, I just glanced at it and decided no! The guys from Shogun kept on me to watch a quick demo and try another free trial, so I did. I have to say, I would have missed out BIG TIME. This app is excellent. The options are seriously endless for how to use Shogun, and it is incredibly user-friendly for those of us that are code-illiterate ;).
