I am SO glad I signed up with Sky Pilot. Andrew was very quick to walk me through some of the steps while installing. Then I launched my store today and there was a hiccup with one order. He came to the rescue again and it was fixed in no time. Problem solved. Seriously, service like like this what you need when problems crop up in real-time. Highly recommended.

We really enjoy using Sky Pilot as we have a ton of online courses that Sky Pilot helps with sending to our customers in an easy and effortless way. The option to "mark as fulfilled" helps save hours of work for our inventory team member for free courses and the "notify all past purchasers" option helps make sending emails to our LIVE zoom link classes simple and easy. Their customer service is great as well. I had a problem that was solved smoothly as the chat option stays open until the problem is solved. This means that if the problem isn't solved on one day, I can log on the next day and can continue chatting. Sky Pilot has dramatically improved the online course department of our business. Thank you for offering a great service.

We've been using Sky Pilot since 2019 to deliver digital content to our customers and couldn't be happier. Using a combination of hosted content and streaming via the excellent integration with Vimeo it's presence on our sites is seamless.

We recently added subscription memberships to our products and Sky Pilot's recently launched subscription integration functionality is an absolute godsend.

Customer service has been superb at every point, couldn't recommend it any more highly.

This app continues to get better and better. Added functionality and great support go a long way to ease the everyday administrative burdens of selling digital products. The SkyPilot support team has always been quick to respond and more recently have gone above and beyond to help us through a confusing selling process. Excellent customer service!

Great app and great customer service. I contacted sky pilot because I was not sure how to resend notifications and they got back to me very quickly and explained step by step what I needed to do. Thanks!

Where do I start? I am new to Shopify and new to Sky Pilot. They could not have been more kind and patient in helping me navigate an issue. Not only that, but Allessandro (manager) noticed that we are a non-profit organization and provided us with a discount to our plan (actually with additional features)! Who does that? Sky Pilot. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Things could not have gone better with Sky Pilot. Setup was easy. We have been using the app for a few years now and there has never once been a problem. Beyond just working well, the access alerts/notifications feature is awesome.

We still have never had any issues with this, but when we reached out to Sky Pilot support with a very weird, specific request, they were extremely responsive and helpful.

Sky Pilot is a top notch app with top notch service.

I have been using SkyPilot for almost 3 years now and am still thrilled with how easy and effortless this service makes selling digital items. Any time I've had a question (no matter how small) I get a quick, professional response. I love being able to see which of my customers have downloaded their purchases and how many times. The Access Alert feature has helped me to put a stop to several spambots/pirates/thieves and also allowed me to work with a few of my customers to secure their own email accounts. All in all, a tremendously positive experience!
