Amazing App, lets you get to the point, adding customers and sending mail campaigns couldn't be any better
Just moved to the Smile app from another Loyalty Rewards app and couldnt be happier with my decision. I needed some help importing customer points from the other app and they had it sorted within minutes for me. Super responsive and helpful and the app itself is super user friendly and looks great. I really love at the features 'Smile offers unfortunately you do have to pay to integrate with other apps but my customers definitely love the feature, customer Service is great and is offered to everyone not just paid members which can be very frustrating.

There are so many amazing things you can do with this app. Sadly, a pricy fee comes along when you want the better features, but hey, for an app that comes with a free plan, the options you get are outstanding. What I really like is how they also provide a Bulk Discounts tutorial too so you're not left in the dark.
Super easy to use and very user-friendly. Was able to import customer data from previous app and setup notification emails within a day of use. Would recommend to all businesses.
