My favourite app, I downloaded it hoping to source new products and I've found some amazing ones on here.
Spocket has a wonderful selection of products in all categories. I appreciate the help that I am given when asked and the quick response if they can help it. So far it's going great and they are doing a great job with their selection of products and user friendly app.
I will say this on the flip side, I made a mistake in getting the annual pro plan, I thought I was getting the monthly due to how it's laid out and the button did not work. The same day asked for a refund and they denied me. I feel that they should have made a personal call on this and gave me the refund instead of slapping the policy in my face and saying our policy is our policy. It's the principle of the matter that I am hugely disappointed with. In that sense, I feel they have very bad customer service. If you need help with anything else, they are great.
Also too, John from Spocket has a wonderful personality and positive attitude. He is very helpful and very engaging. It's always a pleasure to receive assistance from him. :)

I purchased the pro plan of Spocket to help me fill my online store. Shortly after I ran into an issue that turned out to be my own fault. I was able to speak with Lorena in customer service and she was beyond courteous and helpful. Not only was she considerate, she also helped resolve the problem that I had unknowingly cause and walked me through the entire process. I have no worries that if I run into any kind of issue in the future it will be taken care of in a timely manner as long as all the servicing staff are as great as Lorena.
