This app is not useful, they said it is unlimited products, but its is not.
It does not allow more then 20000 Products.

This guys wont give a crap about you only about your money. You do not have direct contact with the suppliers on the platform, so if anything goes wrong with an order you have to contact their customer service, which will then reach out to the suppliers and then reach back to you. Good luck with that! I pay them 100 dollars monthly and when an order from spocket failed to deliver to my customer twice ( customer is furious btw) I reached out for help to them and I'm still waiting for an update from spocket's customer service.. DO NOT USE THIS APP! They will not assist you they way they should if something goes wrong with your order. They only know how to collect money from customers and ZERO SUPPORT

Failed delivery attempts however are usually within the hands of the courier themselves but it is not a reason for us not to do whatever we can to help. I was so excited when I first came across Spocket. However, I quickly learned that my cost with shipping was higher than the retail price on several items being sold out in the market. I wasted so much money on this app. There is no money to be made here. I ended up buying wholesale elsewhere and was able to make a profit.

We would have loved to work things out with you and find the right fit of suppliers and products for your store. Shipping cost can indeed be tricky sometimes especially with stores that are focused on non profits and 'for a cause' approach types like yours. Buying wholesale is also indeed a good move to make bigger profits but that actually moves you away from the dropshipping model where there is less risk since you wouldn't need to hold inventory. This Company LIES
I was going to use this until I read one of the "success stories" on their blog and realized it was actually a FAKE story. When the supposed owner of the store in the case study replied to my comments, she dismissed my inquiries admitting that she didn't write the article, although the entire thing is written in 1st person as if she DID write it...which in itself is very misleading.
She also couldn't even provide me with a business email from her store, to verify the story is true...and instead told me to DM an IG account that looked obviously fake (made just 2 weeks ago with only random indian guys as followers).
For all I know this app may work, but I'd rather not work with a company that lies and makes up success stories to get people on their platform.
Thanks so much for taking the time to review our blogs. We believe you're pertaining to Erin. We can assure you that the story is in fact, real. Erin didn't write the article, we wrote it based on the interview we had with her. With this, her answers were adapted into first person.
We're sure that a lot of other aspiring dropshippers are interested to know more about Erin so we understand why people would want to contact her directly. With the growth of her business and as much as she'd like to answer all questions, we could only assume that she attends to many tasks that ensure the her store runs smoothly.
Be very careful with this app. It says you can install and test it for free, but it's all a lie. A few days later you receive a charge on your credit card. The worst part is that you can't get a refund, you can't remove your card, you can't cancel – it's a real trap... If you're thinking of installing it to try it out, don't do it.

To clarify, the app does offer a free trial, and no charges should occur unless the subscription is activated after the trial period. We understand how frustrating unexpected charges can feel, and we’d never want anyone to feel misled. We’re always transparent about billing terms, and these details are also provided by the app store at the time of installation.
Regarding cancellation and payment methods: subscription management, refunds, and card removal are all handled directly through the App Store/Google Play Store, not within our app. This means you can cancel at any time, and refund requests can be made through the store’s support channel.
