The staff understands my concerns and adapts to my business needs! Kudos for that! They offered me solutions outside the scope of what the app offers. I use their date picker for my delivery system.
I love this app, I love the fact that I am able to add local delivery and pick up . It makes my shop easier to work on and it also makes it easier for my local customers to save . I love the way it’s easy to use and the customer service is amazing . I have been a customer for few days but I have been contacted and I love the service already .
I haven’t implemented my website just yet but so far I am LOVING the option of being able tos eat my own times and letting my clients schedule pickup/delivery based on my schedule. I’ve been looking for an app like this and I think I’ve found EXACTLY what I need!
It's a nice little app, incredibly useful. We haven't gotten the chance to test it out completely yet, but what we did see was pretty great. Luna has also been incredibly kind and helpful. I plan to use this app again asap when I open up shop.

I'm hoping there is a way that if there is no location within 100 miles that we would only allow the the customer to have the items shipped. I tested out of the box and it doesn't offer this. We have about 100 locations where someone can pickup our products but don't necessarily have a driving location within 100 miles in some areas. I tried to do this with Zapiet and they couldn't do it either. Zapiet's doesn't even have the option to enter a zip code so you at least have that going for you. Maybe they can customize it but I like how yours has it out of the box. If you can customize or meet our requirements...I'll surely give you 5 stars.

Excellent Customer Service. replied all 3 times I requested help in less then 12 hours . Probably sooner. Im still testing the APP so I'm not sure if its the right fit for me yet based on my needs but from my experience so far I have nothing but great things to say.
Nic was amazing, he answered all my questions timely. Then they made my site looking so professional with there application. They have great customer service.
Proceed with EXTREME caution if you install this app. Below is the summary of the experience I had with this app which has been provided to the developer.
1. I uninstalled the App yesterday because it was not performing correctly. The app was very slow and did not always load.
2. When I uninstalled the App there was a bug and it did NOT uninstall all of the code from our custom theme.
3. Because the app had a bug and did not uninstall correctly, our shopping cart was COMPLETELY DOWN 95% of yesterday [Sunday] and customers could not check out
4. In all my time with Shopify [since Sep 2016] I have NEVER had an issue uninstalling an app on Shopify as I have with yours. I spent my entire day with Shopify trying to have this fixed which it was at 7:30 PM
5. I will email you the bug detail and what was commented out in our theme code once received from Shopify on what they fixed. I DO NOT want ANYONE to have to go through this.

We think there is a misunderstanding and have mailed you about it, please have a check.
We see that your Secomapp.txt you sent us has 2 storepickup liquid files that includes: Secomapp's file and Zapiet's file.
Today we checked your shop again and found out that Zapiet's file was deleted and your shop is still working fine (even Secomapp's file is still there) So the issue on your app last several days was caused by Zapiet's app not by Secomapp.
