I use this app to let my customers choose a date for pickup/delivery from multiple physical stores we run. The app allows my customers to pick the date, time and which outlet they would like to pick up from. It also allows me to customise the differing hours for each shop. There is some misunderstanding because of the email connection issue. The CS is polite and responsible.
In terms of usage, there are two problems pending fix:
1. The app can't function when when checkout 2. The discount code function is disabled because of the app We hope to find solutions soon

In theory this app would be great. Setup was reasonably easy and the user interface is nice. However, there are some fundamental flaws that are out of Secomapp's control and are Shopify checkout limitations. I use this app to implement my pickup only mode store. The app needs some adjustment to work with the theme I am using. But the service support staff is very very helpful to help me make it work.

We have used the app for two weeks, it's working very well. We had some issues or additional requirement during the "trying" period, the dev team has supplied the excellent and fast support to help us which we really appreciate.

This is a very practical app, easy to use and configure. Very responsive support team. We had a suggestion to improve the app and it was released in a new patch in 2 weeks. We are considering to use the app for other stores we manage as well. Highly recommended!
