Ali and his team really helped us out with an issue we were having with our customer confirms. His attention to detail, quick turnaround time and prompt resolution provided us with enough time to complete all the required testing before the shop opened. We needed an app for curbside pickup. The Store Pickup app was the solution and it's free. Had one little question and Genie Apps responded immediately with the answer.

Genie apps was the best fit for what we needed, and then they helped us customize the app for our store to be exactly what we needed. We wanted to be able to create time slots of different lengths, and they are currently helping us to set this up. They also customized some things for us that were just aesthetic, and we really appreciated that. Absolutely amazing support—thank you so much!

Initially used a paid app for store pickup which worked fine but was expensive. Switched to Genie Store pickup which offers all the same functionality and is free. I did have a few issues setting up - but my store uses a non standard template. The genie support team help and hot it sorted quickly. Would strongly recommend this app.

Initually, we had some troubles with adapting the app to our services. However, after contacting the developer he supported me in every way possible. Eventually, we succesful run the app and it supports our business :)
