We've been using Recharge for 5 years and it has provided us with the platform to grow our subscription business very well. Mostly I want to point out their customer service. This is A++. Always kind with a fast response and helping out with anything big and small.

Very disappointed with this app currently. The customer support team is impossible to get ahold of and there currently is an error with a recharge workflow we have created (that was set up correctly and verified by their support team) but it is flawed and firing orders off at the wrong date.

Our subscripton model is a big part of our DTC business and I'm so glad we decided to go with ReCharge. The support team is awesome. Really responsive and fast, and nothing is ever too much for them. I've been dealing with Snezana A to resolve a query and she was A-MAZING! If you're on the fence about using these guys, I would wholeheartedly recommend you to go for it.

My recharge was down due to another app blocking it. ReCharge spent all weekend fixing it and I couldn't be more grateful. I look forward to scaling Elixirshots.com with ReCharge and appreciate their 5-star customer service and dedication to helping. Tarek and anyone else that helped, THANK YOU!
