I appreciate Roberto's help with guidance on how to prevent Legacy Recharge Customers from reactivating their subscriptions.

I appreciate Roberto's help in understanding the payment gateways used when we Converge our Recharge with Shopify. He was very knowledgeable in explaining the process and in sending me helpful links regarding our merge. I look forward to when it's our turn to change over to your new integration with Shopify. Recharge has been incredible. Matt from support probably is the BEST support person I have EVER dealt with. He was patience, informative and a real problem solver. Good, friendly and fast customer service! I wished for more compatibility of RECHARGE with other apps but with the Shopify checkout + RECHARGE that wouldn't be a problem.

This app is great for my subscription business and I have been using it for a number of years, but what I really love about it is the helpfulness of the support team, they respond quickly and help me fix any issues I have and also give me links to tutorials to read so I can make even better use of the app. They are also regularly updating the app to make an even better customer experience for both myself as a business and also my customers.

The Recharge team has been great (Ana, Brendhain, Timoor & Jairus specifically). We've been with them from the beginning and they've been open to ideas and very responsive in helping to solve anything that needs to be addressed.
